The objective of the Passenger & Baggage Transportation Service Manual is to set rules for the company passenger and baggage transportation service and ensure standardized, safe and orderly operation of passenger and baggage transportations.  The manual is prepared in accordance with “Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Qualification and Certification Rules for Large-Scale Aircraft Public Transportation Carrier Operation(CCAR-121-R2)”, and the approved Operations Specifications of Airlines. The manual is based on “Airlines General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage”, “Airlines General Conditions of International Carriage for Passenger and Baggage” and other operation manuals, with reference to “IATA Passenger Service Resolutions Manual”, “IATA Airport Handling Manual” and “IATA Passenger Air Tariff”, etc.
